ROWAN’S DISGUSTINGLY LONG FOLLOW FOREVER

I’ve been putting off doing one of these for a LOONG time just because I follow a ridiculous amount of people, and just REMEMBERING all of the people I love is hard and ugh I’m like, allergic to effort. Here is something of a list, though, of everyone you should be following, with a little bit about some of them because they are fantastic people who I adore.

My Brother
My internet-nameless brother gets his own category. He’s nearly 14, and is basically the coolest and funniest kid in the world, and I adore him.

My Mum
hahahahha fuck. But not really. My mum is pretty awesome and sometimes emails me Mystrade fanart.

People I Know From The World Outside

Amy – Amy is probably the IRL friend I talk about most on tumblr. We’ve been best friends literally since before she was born. (Our friendship goes back two generations.) Amy is the Joanna Watson to my Sherl Holmes, and one day we will lounge around in our rest home together, watching our great grandchildren playing truth or dare and daring each other to kiss spiders.

Jess – Jess and I have been friends since we were eight, and have supported each other through some absolutely CRAZY crap in our lives. She runs a homemade jewellery business, and is a wonderful mum to her two gorgeous boys. She is also my stomach soulmate, the one who made me princess of my butt palace, my fellow kitten-obeyer, my lip majick-er, the whatsherface to my ugly one, the creator of the boeface song, my ARTHUR LYF buddy, BEZELEBUUUUUUUH… frankly, I could go on for ever. Jess is the only person who REALLY gets my fucked up sense of humour. GAZELLE CARCASS!

Liv – Teeeechnically, I actually met Liv online, on a Harry Potter RP board, yeeears ago. We know each other IRL though, and she’s basically one of the loveliest and strongest young ladies in the world, with a beautiful singing voice, and a creative streak a mile long. AND ONE DAY WE WILL HUG EVERY CAT!

Hannah - My ex girlfriend, and still a good friend of mine. Also she blogs about Doctor Who and IT stuff and Sherlock and Harry Potter and music I can’t understand :]

Sarah – SQUIDGE. Scout buddies, and chocolate milk appreciators for life. We put up all the boys’ tents. Her blog is always filled with lolz and Pottery goodness and apparently an enormous amount of Nigel Thornberry…

Fiona – Fiona and I don’t talk nearly as much as we should, but she is a QUALITY AS FUCK HUMAN BEING. She blogs many cute things, and we agree that boys are the most important food group.

Mairead – My first girlfriend, and still friends. Back in our time we took the Hobbits to Isengard, and decided more minutae of Celeborn’s intimate personal life than can possibly be healthy. Forever better versed in literature than I (:P) and just an all around fantastic person. Harri an Drako five-evar.

Andrea – We were really close years ago and have only just gotten back in touch but oh man, Andrea is just a fucking awesome person. After all, one is forever bonded to she who starts one out on one’s epic adventure as a superhero. Can Girl, awaaaay!

These are all people I know through NaNoWriMo and my work as our local ML. All totally quality, talented people.

Tumblr People I Talk To

These are all lovely, lovely people I have met and talked to at some point via tumblr, and they’re all excellent, talented folk, who make life on tumblr an absolute treat. We may have only had one or two conversations, but we follow and reblog each other, so by tumblr-physics we’re all best friends. (Ash and Alex are italicised because we’ve taken things to the next level and become facebook friends too, so you know it’s meant to be. *dramatic sob*)

Tumblr People Who Are Quality

These are people whose names I always enjoy seeing on my dash. I tried my best to keep this list short and succinct, but I follow over 1000 people, so that was never really going to happen. I’ve tried to keep it only to actual people as well, avoiding fuckyeahs and the like, just because the people of tumblr are what really make it for me, so these are nearly all individuals who make tumblr a great place. (Though there’s the odd thing I think everyone should be following, such as awfulmodifications, or stfusexists.)

That is a MONSTER of a list, but tumblr is full of so many wonderful people I enjoy quietly passive-stalking and admiring, and after 3 years on this site that list REALLY starts to add up. Again, I’ve probably left off a dozen or more people who really should have been there. Thank you all, for being lovely and talented and amusing and sharing youselves online for me to gawk at and enjoy not feeling quite so alone.

WELL this is probably the worst and most obnoxiously overflowing follow forever in the history of tumblr, but basically if you are on tumblr thank you for being on tumblr.
